[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Jio Fiber Refund Not Received

I had opted for Jio Fiber internet connection on November 20, 2021 & had paid 2, 500 INR as security deposit since the first 30 days is trial period i.e. till December 20, 2021 I was told that my security deposit would be refunded. I did cancel the service on December 15, 2021 & the refund was initiated but, I have received only 1, 500 INR so far & the executive instructed me to wait for 3 days to receive the pending 1, 000 INR after the refund of 1, 500 INR, it has been 10 days since I received 1, 500 INR & I am yet to receive 1, 000. I have tried calling the customer support but, the call never gets through the waiting queue.
