Dear team I have got the reliance jio sim on 20.09.2016 using my aadhaar card number and using my finger prints (ekyc), but still my number is not activated till now. I herewith attach the photo of my jio sim card cover, my mobile number, iccid number, imsi number. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
