I have purchased a Kelvinator B300 with electronic panel Tower Water Cooler online from Reliance Digital on 8th April 2022. I received the product the following day, April 9th, around 15:30 Hrs. The product appeared to be in good condition.
When the cooler was turned on, it was discovered that the swing operation of the cooler was defective. Within a half-hour of delivery, I filed a complaint and requested on the customer support that to exchange the product. My ticket number is 77005952.[protected]:00 Hrs)
Even after 72 hours, there has been no response from your end other than an SMS stating that "HI, CUSTOMER! WE REGRET YOUR DISSATISFICTION WITH THE PRODUCT IOBJECT PRODUCT NAME; WE WILL CONTACT YOU ABOUT FURTHER CORRECTIONS "at 16:08 hrs on April 9, 2022
On 11th April 22 I received an SMS stating "Greetings, Nitin. Order RDF30632381 has been delivered. Please check your email for more information. Digital Reliance" On the same day, I emailed back Reliance Digital requesting that the faulty product be exchanged or the money be refunded immediately.
There has yet to be an exchange. There was no communication from any Reliance Digital executive. I have called the customer service helpline number [protected] / 55 several times. Every time a call was received, the person receiving it was asked to wait for the next 72 hours.
In the meantime, I noticed in the "Reliance resQ" Mobile App that a service request for repair has appeared for which I have not asked for repair. I requested that the product be replaced. As indicating in the Mobile App, Engineer allocation was on April 12th, but it was rescheduled for April 17th, 2022 (I have neither registered for Repair nor rescheduled).
In light of the foregoing, I feel cheated by the company "Reliance Digital" for supplying faulty product and failing to communicate to resolve the issue.
