Reliance Digital — kent water purifier issue | |||
I bought a kent water purifier with extended warranty in reliance digital, coimbatore, india in 2017. I called the customer care on april 9th 2019 and registered a service request to replace the filter for the same. I didn't receive any service till now. I have called the customer care many times in between but with no solution. They are always telling that a technician is assigned bu nobody has called me up yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
