I purchased Lanovo laptop IP series in Reliance digital. Thinking that service would be good enough compared to outside . But what happened in my case is exactly opposite. Since there were limited stock, they promised that they would deliver at the earliest. But laptop came 3 days after the given date because of which I missed an important event, But another tragedy is .. Man who delivered me the laptop waz a sales execute.. Niether expert or engineer.. He just messed up all the things in initial settings.. I went to shop regarding this issue. But the y were like bring 32 GB pen drive we will give u recover. Such a stupid and irresponsible Service who are telling all the important needs and service after problem and issues. Demanding extra payment for recover. Plz plz go though my complaint and take .
