[Resolved] Reliance Digital — late delivered product | |||
I have purchased 1.5 ton 3 star inverter ac (Lg) from reliance digital vadoadar (Karelibag branch) on dated 10 nov 2019 but till date i have not received it. Every time they tell me that my order will come within a week. I have spoken to your store 3-4 times, but every timei get this same reply. Moreover i should always call them and the store never calls me and tell me about my order. On current date i even don't know where my order. At the time of order i was said that i will receive it within a week. If you don't have the stock then why can't you tell it at he time of booking. At least i would have opted for some other model. Now i cant do anything coz i have paid everything and still i have not recieved anything. It is very sad experience of mine that a big service provider like you are not committing your words. And this is my first experience with you which is very bad. Next time i have to think before purchase anything from your outlet. Kindly look into it. Was this information helpful? | |||

By contacting store personals they are not responding at all.
I'm felt that in necessarily by the product from reliance digital.
Please rectify the situation as early as possible
