[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Led TV 43 inch just one year old with warranty | |||
It has been almost 3 weeks since i am trying to get my one year old 43 inch reconnect tv repairs. It is under warranty and the board has to be replaced. It took four calls and four days for the resq team to send an engineer. I was told the part will be available in 3-4 days. Its been over 7 days post that visit. Still no call. On following up i get the standard answer, the part has yet not arrived is this the service you promised to sell your tv and extended warranty.
