My tv not working from 18th september 2017 i have launch the complaint till now i have done many calls to service centre on on 28 september 2017 the madam told the parts have arrived and within 2 days your complaint will be solved she told your complaint has been on high priority and your technician have told the parts will arrived in 10 days after that we will fix that's mean the parts must be fixed on 28 september 2017 after that i have spoken with many service centre people they also commented the complaint will solve within 3rd october 2017 my tv have warranty the 15 days my problem has not solved otherwise do a new tv provision for sometime or give a substitute tv so please take kindly necessary action my name ashok thombare my
