Bought laptop from reliance digital on 23/06/2022.
Started facing sound problem on same day and when I called reliance digital they straight away asked me to go to Lenovo service center. On weekend when I went to there store they said they need laptop for 2 hrs and then they returned it. After couple of days started facing same sound issue and later I saw there was physical damage below screen. When I went back to store again they denied. We can clearly see they are holding laptop single hand on the corner. They were mishandling the laptop. Need my laptop replaced or refunded.
Please help.
