Reliance Digital — LG a/c 1.5 ton performance very poor to a 11X10 sq feet small room

I bought a LG a/c 1.5 ton on 27th may 2022, it got installed in 29th may 2022 and i found that a/c is cooling like a 1.5 ton ac to a small room like 11X10 sq feet size, out of which 30 sq feet is wadrobe, so net size is 80 to 90 sq feep . Room is almost empty having one sofa and one chair and study table.

I have been complaining from day one, have visited 5 times to showrrom and they are only good to listen you but dont act on anything . To my surprise, store manager says me that technician told a/c is running fine .
Is that technicial bought the a/c or is he experiencing the horrific experience? Is that any logic in reply to the customer'c complaint even on 1st day .

I am fed up chasing them . I have also started sending email to 'reliancedigital.ril.com' and everytime i am getting a typical reply from their side with a complaint number in reply.

Please help me in Replacement or refund the a/c .

and please ask the LG technician who says this a/c is working fine to buy the ac and live happily .. I dont want such a/c . This a/c is just working like a cooler . Its not able to cool the entire room uniformly even after 1 hr and more while running in 80% capacity 26 degree temp and high fan speed.

The sales person while selling this was telling that as your room is small size, you just need to run this with 80 % capacity for 20 to 30 mins and then switch to 40 or 60 % . but this a/c is not even working properly in 80% capacity, forget about 40 or 60%.

We have a 1 ton voltas ac installed in another room of 12X10 sq feet and our obervation and experience was based on that performance . If the LG a/c 1.5 ton performs in this way, then please please we dont want to own any LG a/c . when we can only get a sense of cool in our neck and head part, our lower body is not feeling that cool. We are very upset but no one yet help us in replacement . They seems just by ignoring our complaint for some more days, they will be able to forced sell this defective product.

why the complaint is showing as RESOLVED whereas its actually not resolved .
The way reliance is fully dependent on LG technician report and LG technician for the known reason is giving the sattus report as 'working fine, no issues' is defying the very basis of the cosumer satisfaction .

I am not at all happy, LG technician came to my home and in the same rhetoric manner has told that a/c is running fine and no issue .. They cant explain why the a person could sleep in bare body and feel no cooling even a 1.5 ac is running in 80% capacity at 26 temp with max fan speed .. why only one corner that face the fan blow only feeling ac is running but other person sitting in opposite corner dont even realize if such a powerful a/c is running in the room with 80% capacity .

To explain this, the supervisor of the LG technician told that that is how the LG ac runs. !!.

If that is how LG ac ran, then i dont want the product . Iwhen i paid the money, i neither seen the peroformance of the ac nor have sen the condition of ac ...only with trust and the sales / marketing person's gimmick style of praising the product, i bought it and if i am complaining from 1st day about the performance, i deserve a replacement rather force on me the reports of LG technician.

I am sad that the compaint is changed to ' fully resolved ' without giving any proper option .

Please hepl arrange a REplacement or if you cant please REFUND ..this is the minimum thing our indian greivance system ensures and protects its consumers thru

sorry, i think i am wrong in assuming someone has made the satus to 'fully resolved' . I just realized that it.

But please help Replacing or in case replacement not possible, Refund me . I will choose another store to purchase . Hope Reliance wouldnt let its customer down.
