Reliance Digital — lg make rat free front door washing machine, damaged by rat - your service not response | |||
I have a lg make front door washing machine purchase from reliance digital, barrackpore on 14th may’2016. And have extended warranty till 13th may’2020. I have made complain for servicing of washing machine on 20th march’19 for not functioning and display “de”. Service engineer visited on 20th march’19 and open the top cover and found that rat had been entered into the machine and damaged badly. He also found that rat cover is not installed in bottom of the machine. He cleaned the machine and told me door sensor need to changed. He reported his senior but none of service report signed by me. He left my home that told me some one will back with spare. Myself also contact with your customer service toll free no. But till date my washing machine lying idle, without any servicing since 20th march’19. It is clear that when your service engineer installed & commissioning of washing machine then he had not installed rat cover. I purchased rat free washing machine and installation, commissioning and rcp till[protected] responsible is reliance digital. I continuously call to your customer care since 20th march’19 for resolved the issue immediately against my today complain no.[protected] dtd. 31th march’19 and[protected] dtd. 31th march’19. Till date i am waiting your resolution. If you are not interested to solve it, then please cancel my rcp immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
