I purchased lg uhd 4k 55uk6360 on[protected]Inv. No.[protected] dated 03.12.2018) from reliance digital limited, attapur, hyderabad. At the time of purchase, i was told that warranty for 1 year for the product and additional warranty for one year for 4k ips penal. The above tv was dedlvered and installed on[protected].

However, the warranty card given by the lg was only for 1 year for the product. No additional warranty for one yea for 4k ips penal was mentioned in warranty card. Your sales people have cheated and misled about the additional warranty for 2 years.
Yours sales people completely mis-represented/ cheated the facts of the product.

Hence, i request that i tv may be return back or replace with other tv
