Had ordered for LLyod 1.0 ton Air Conditioner (AC) from the Reliance Digital website on 14th April 2022. The promised delivery date was 15th April 2022.
Despite follow-ups with the Reliance customer care(CC) team, the product is yet to be delivered to my Hyderabad address as of 21st April 2022. Customer care is useless and has not been able to provide any info on product delivery status. Beyond some false promise of " we will take care of the issue", there is been no resolution. In fact, one of the Call center executive abruptly hung off the phone, when requested to be connected to the next level manager for help in delivery.
It is a surprise that CC executives couldn't offer to update the location of the product in transit and the expected date of delivery. Even post 8 days post the promised date, am still waiting for the delivery of my 1.0 Ton LLoyd AC.
