Reliance Digital — LLoyd Newly bought AC issue - longstanding

We had bought a Lloyd AC from Reliance digital store, Porur Chennai on 22/03/2023. Within a week we had problem with the AC as its gets off by its own while running. We immediately raised a complaint in the following week but the service person came an said the AC is fine. But we still faced the issue and further raised complaints. We had a person from reliance, and from lloyd visiting our place but none gave us a solution. After visiting the store directly and giving a complaint we were told that the AC board will be replaced and it was replaced. Even after replacing the board we are still having the same issue. The AC turns off while running and starts after sometime. Even the stabilizer we used was checked and an alternative stabilizer was also used to check, but we had the same issue. None of the reliance person or lloyd person are customer friendly. They are least bothered about customer service. Some of the person who visited and person who spoke through phone when we complained were all tough and least bothered about customer service. They all want to sell but not fit to address and resolve customer issue. I am attaching the bill copy and video evidence of multiple of stabilizer used to check the AC.
