Myself Ganesan from Mogappair bought a Air cooler on 16th which was delivered on 17th. When we poured water and tested the air was not sufficient and there is no difference in the place compared to earlier.
Cooling system was not at all correct. We were much dissatisfied and raised complaint for replacing air cooler to AC.

It is really disappointment that the reliance digital is not ready to replace inspite of having ready to pay full money for AC.

We have asked partial refund value atleast but they denied to do.

I request for the resolving the issue by reducing partial value and replace the air cooler to AC

    I had purchased a Sony 65 inch smart TV (KD-55X8500D) from Reliance Digital (Kalyan West, Maharashtra) on 11 th Feb 2022 and we have also opted for extended warranty for 1 year at the time of purchase, which is valid till 11 Feb 2024. Unfortunately the TV’s display has gone two months ago and we called the service center to get it repaired. The technician came a few weeks after and informed that the display need to be replaced and can be done under extended warranty. They have came to pick the TV from home after one month of complaint l. Ever since that we are waiting for an update from reliance to solve the issue and its been over 2 months now and we are hearing the same response every time when when we call or visit the shop that “we will fix it soon”. At this time am really tired about this irresponsible behaviour from reliance and trying to get it repaired. If this continues there is a high chance that this will continue till the extended warranty gets over without a resolution.

    Kindly help, we have spend more than 1.5L for this TV and this is totally unacceptable even after opting for extended warranty from Reliance resQ.

      I had purchased ResQ brand air conditioner from reliance Digital in 2019. The AC stopped working this year and I requested for a repair. Reliance confirmed that it cannot be repaired and instead offered me a buyback amount against the air-conditioner. I agreed for the same and requested them to pick up the AC. The pick up was done on first of April 2023. And I also submitted required documents like my ID card and a copy of cancel check. I was promised a refund within seven days. However, I am yet to get any buyback amount till this date. I tried connecting with them several times through phone call and email. However, there has been no response or resolution. I also tweeted several times on Twitter. However I am yet to get any resolution against my complaint. The emails were sent to all the concerned officials address of Home where are obtained from reliance Digital website. Unfortunately there has been and less wait.

          Dear Reliance,

          I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with your customer service. I purchased a new Xiaomi 12 Pro phone from Kalyan Reliance Digital in July 2022, along with insurance coverage. Unfortunately, the phone had a camera lining issue, and I had to get it replaced by the Xiaomi service center.

          After the replacement, I went to the Reliance store to confirm that my insurance would work with my new IMEI phone. The staff assured me that it would be fine. However, when my phone got damaged due to water entering it accidentally in April 2023, and I went to get it repaired, TechGuard raised an issue with the IMEI number not matching.

          I provided the TechGuard representative with all the relevant documents, including the box image and the job sheet from the service center. However, they insisted that I visit the store to resolve the issue. I did so, but the rescue team was unaware of the problem and suggested sending an email to the escalation team.

          This entire process has been extremely frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of progress in resolving the issue. Now, I have been informed that I need to pay Rs. 25000 for a like-to-like device replenishment, which I cannot afford. When I asked for the claim amount, if they cannot repair my device, they stated that it is out of their policy.

          I urge you to reconsider this decision and provide me with a resolution as soon as possible. I have attached all the relevant documents to support my case, and I hope that you will take immediate action to resolve this issue. Please ensure that such issues are handled promptly and efficiently to avoid any further inconvenience to customers.

            After another week passed I have raised it to Head Quarter I will keep my rating still 1 because 0 can't be given. Now how head quater resolves the issue they will say the same words which store person says. They don't care about Customer. After taking another week I got mail that 830 amount is their final offer which I declined to accept but i got saying it's their final communication doesn't matter Customer satisfied or not.Either they are very smart they sent damage product and later they will offer such small amount. Now either we will accept the amount and will something in 3k Or 4k because nothing comes in the amount they offered. So they have sold another product by offering compensation and I'm not sure even they might have conditions like 15k should be product price. 500 rs coupons they offered with same conditions.How reliance digital cheats to it's customer. I booked washing machine on 7th April and paid completely. I asked any offers but nothing got. I asked for vouchers and they told you can have reliance trends voucher but later we came to know that they don't have now. But they told me I will get 500 rs two vouchers later on Next day. I got two vouchers but for each voucher I have to buy 15k or more amount product. It's no use I spend 25k already. Next day Delivery person came and delivered. How carefully they delivered I can't explain. I almost felt like it will fall and break. They dragged like it's second hand. But lastly they delivered. And next day when installation guy came and we found it's damage there was big scratch. Enginner told it would replace but next dayi got call at end of day. They offered compensation worth 800 is it really worthful. I told I want to buy juicer mixer worth 3k if you can give 1.5k or 3k discount I can accept. But still 800 rs discount they are giving and for that also It's almost 10 days passed still I haven'tstill I haven't got that compensation too. Reliance digital makes fool to it's customer. I have been following for such small amount but only getting false promises

                I have purchased the Ac on 18th and they said ac will install in 20th but today is 21st night still they don’t give the information about the installation date.very poor service.I call thé customer care they told ac will be installed by 21st of April 10pm but still no installation done, Very harassing

                  We have purchased Haier 5 star, 1.6 ton AC on 15.04.2023 from Reliance digital shop at Axis Mall, Kolkata . At the time of billing, reliance shop peoples / staff committed that items will be deliver within 2 to 3 days, but till date items not yet received. As per Tax Invoice our Tech Experts Code is[protected]. My Registerd Mobile No is [protected]. We have continuously calling in store phone no. [protected] and [protected] as mentioned in Invoice, but no one is picking my calls. We have not enough time to visit again and again in the shop. Presently our family is also facing tremendous hot weather in our house. If matter not resolve within 2 days then we will take legal action against the company.

                    I ordered boat nirvana ion tws on 18th April and it was showing that the delivery will be done by 19th April but there was no update regarding delivery of my order.
                    Its 21 April today and still there is no update regarding the delivery.
                    I contacted the customer service and sent e-mails also but they didn't resolve my issue.
                    I asked them to cancel my order but they denied.
                    I want to cancel my order and take my money back and please never trust on reliance digital.

                      The ResQ services should be renamed UNRELIABLE & GET LOST SERVICES.
                      When you buy a product they sweet talk you into purchasing the ResQ plan which gives extended warranty for 4 years after the brand warranty of the product.
                      Thereafter you can keep complaining no one visits you . The irresponsible service centre owners are RUDE. they cancel your complaint without sending any technician. And then you get an sms to rate the services!
                      2 Complaints within 3 days and one week later still no technician. They are supposed to service the ACs too. They are Not committed to it.
                      TOTAL FRAUD
                      I want a refund of all the money I have spent on the ResQ plans for multiple electronic products. Will this forum please help me ?

                        I am doctor and I purchased an air conditioner at reliance digitals 4 days back . That is on 16 th of April . And the Ac haven’t been fixed yet . M suffering in this hot summer and yet the staff are not working on it Inspite of explaining the situation.

                          I had purchased split AC from reliance digital and also bought extended warranty by ResQ
                          .
                          Now the ac is not working. On submission of complaint to resq it was promised that it would be repaired in 24 to 72 hours

                          But now the ordeal started.
                          Nobody called or visited but we kept on getting message that service has been rescheduled as your phone was not reachable

                          Then all of a sudden we get a message that complaint has been resolved and it's closed now

                          Reliance are habitual cheaters

                          They just want money and then run away from service

                            HITACHI SAC 1.5T 3SINV RSQG318HFEOF purchased on
                            11.09.2022 from Reliance Digital Company store at Logix Mall at City Centre Noida.
                            AC is not cooling properly and complaint registered on 12h APRIL'2023, but no representative visited us for last 7 days and upon repeated reminders, they have closed the complaint without any action and now registered the complaint once again on 17th April'2023, but no action initiated by them and customer services is telling that it will be attended by 72 hours.
                            Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Same thing is happening with me. Any resolution till date?

                              On 11/4/2023 ko lloyd 1.5 ton Split Ac purchase kiya tha. But installation k same day se aaj tak 1 bhi din use kiya nai he. Usme E5 ki query aa rahi he. Technician ne 2-3 bar ghar par aake check kiya, jab tak technician ruka tab tak ac thik se chala par uske jate se hi same error aa rahi he. Or compressor me bhi problem aa rahi he. 1 bar me indoor unit start karte he to compressor start nai hota. 7-8 bar remote se indoor unit on off karte he uske bad hi compressor start hota he. And 16° pe bhi ac kuchh bhi cooling nai deta. Reliance digital k store pe call kiya to wo support nai kar rahe he or nahi muje ac ka kuch replcememt karke de rahe he or mentally harrased kar rahe he Or bolte he aapko jo karna he kar lo replacement to nai milega. Store ka koi b member help karne k liye ready nai he or ab to koi call receive bhi nai kar raha he. Aap se request he ki aap jald se jald muje is faulted ac ka replacement karke dijiye ya to pure paise refund kariye.

                                It is bring to your notice that we purchased the Daikin SAC 1.5T3SINV ATKL50U & Serial No is[protected] on Reliance Retail Limited (6347) Sector 35C on dated 15 April 2023 & we received this AC on dated 16 April 2023. Installation of the till date pending from the store side. Any of the service engineer or customer care employee not given sufficient detail regarding the installation of AC.

                                It is not a proper way to handle the customer service & we are suffering mental harrasment. Kindly take this issue on priority basis.

                                  This Dr. Deepal Shah from Koparkhairane. We had bought an LG AC on 12th of April from Reliance digital Koparkhairane, payment done along with all installation charges. Registered under Dr. Jyotiprakash Panda.

                                  We have been contacting the customer care since 14th of April and my husband went to the shop in person as well. They have been saying that we have many installtions pending so cant say till when it will be done.

                                  What are we supposed to do with such kind of irresponsible service?

                                  I request you to look into the matter and send someone for installation of AC at the earliest.

                                      Order no RDF49584115 not delivered even after 10 days. I have been calling the customer care for the last 1 week. For the last 3 days, I have been asking them to cancel the order because the website or the app do not have provision for the customer to cancel the order themselves. All that I have been hearing from them is that the backend team will get in touch with me. I never received even one call from the 'backend' team. I feel this is a huge scam. Since the customer support by reliance digital is abysmal, I am raising the issue on the public forum.

                                        I ordered one Samsung 1 ton 5 star AC on 9th April, 2023 from Reliance Digital Store, address - No 104, 3rd Floor, Lake Mall Baroj Road, Rash Behari Ave, Kolkata, West Bengal 700029. Total price - 48, 103. I have made down-payment of 20, 372 and rest is availed through Kotak No cost EMI Finance.
                                        Order details - phn - [protected], email - soumik.[protected]@gmail.com.
                                        Since 9th April, I am not seeing a single status update of the product delivery and did not receive the product yet.
                                        There is no support either from the Physical Store or Reliance Customer Care and no update on delivery is provided. Seems they do not care about the helplessness of a customer. I am reaching out in this forum hoping to get some help in resolving my issue.
