Hi garena freefire i am from india,
I am play freefire more than 2 year's, and my game level is 61 and 4200+ likes, so i am talk to suspend my freefire account on 1st March on morning.. But i am don't use any hack or third party app on my all time. And i am purchasing many items on my account so my money is wasted? And i am also upload freefire gameplay videos on my youtube channel.. And i am play with high ping because very big network problem in my village so this is not hack this is network problem, i am don't know to i am use in my past so please give back my account and i am watch more videos on youtube to how to unsuspend freefire account but i am not use any third party app to unsuspend my freefire account when garena give me my freefire account when i am starting to play freefire otherwise i am not playing freefire so please point this and solve this problem and i am sure to i am don't use any third party app and hack.     Hi, i ordered(order Id RDF[protected] a Lenovo legion laptop backpack from reliance digital website and i recieved a different model of the bag which was not in the picture shown on the website. I submitted a return request 4-5 days after the parcel was delivered as i couldn't recieve the item personally and opened it a few days later. Reliance digital rejected my request as they have a policy of registering a complaint with in 24 hours. No other online Shopping website has this policy. My request is to please consider my return/ exchange request .

        I have booked whirlpool fridge but still now I have not received my product and today 30/04/2023 at morning I recieved a call whether I received my product or not I have said I didn't receive my product then she confirm me product will deliver today that's why whole day I have at home but delivery boy not came and at night 9pm he came but that time I m not home I said him please deliver the product tomorrow but manager said it will return when it will deliver again don't know with bad behaviour and I have waiting for this product last 15 days please team look on this matter

            We pucrchase samsung spilt ac 2022 april, from registered moblile number [protected], ac cooling not good last few month, when samsung engineering came to check they said, ac not properly installed so gas is leeked last few month..
            I have exteneded waranty of 2 years

            those who came to instlaed the ac they are do their duty properly, they are money minded people..Also those who are working in relainace digital...Gas lekage not small issue..Try to understand and solve the issue soon...

              I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Reliance digital Kadugodi branch on Jul-2022 with 2 year extended warranty. The refrigerator started giving some issue with cooling starting from Feb-2023 and I raised a complain in Kadugodi store itself. After multiple visit and multiple service request tickets, I am not getting proper support from anyone. resQ team is clueless and store manager is ignorant like other technicians . I am being harrassed mentally by Reliance digital starting from Feb-23. Need a resolution ASAP.

                  Ordered Symphony Air Cooler Diet 3D model on 23/04/2023. The product was delivered on 24/04/2023. We setup the product and it didn't work. Complaint the same to the store and they refuse to give a refund or replacement for the product. The product didn't even work for a minute

                    I'm buying blue star ac on 14 april 2023 evening, sales guys told us it will delivered within 7 to 10 days but after 11 days gone i had to visit reliance digital showroom, they told me that due to strike in our godown, we deliver your produt thru courier you get within 48 hrs, but today when i call they told me that you will receive next 48 hrs, they didn't receiving my call, they are arguing is this your customer service never I'm going to purchase anything from reliance digital. They don't have any responsibility to infrom your customer .

                          I have made a Purchase of New Voltas Ac on 7th april 2023 but they installed on 11th April 2023. They installed the ac and waited for only 2 minutes and informed that it is working.
                          After then when we tried to on the ac it is not working. On the next day we tried to approach and inform that the ac is not working then the reliance store people tried to escape by saying that we will send the maintenance team but no one responded after then. We waited and requested to change the ac. Actual complain should be registered on 13th April but they registered it on 17th April. After waiting long time when we went today i.e. on 26th April they are saying that replacement will takes place only within 7 days of invoice date but not on installation date..

                          Please help us on this issue.

                            We have purchased 2 Daikin AC from Reliance Faridabad on Sunday (16th Apr 2022)
                            AC delivered to me on 19th Apr 2022.
                            The store team said product will deliver next day of your purchase and installation will done another day of product delivery.

                            Now its been 10 days pass but no one has came for installation, Multiple times we complaint to customer care but no resolution they people don't have any update. Every time they ask to wait for 72hrs. Also no senior available every time when we ask to connect with the senior person. their reply is "No senior available now"

                            This is the worst service I ever get.

                                  I had purchased a Sony 65 inch smart TV (KD-55X8500D) from Reliance Digital (Kalyan West, Maharashtra) on 11 th Feb 2022 and we have also opted for extended warranty for 1 year at the time of purchase, which is valid till 11 Feb 2024. Unfortunately the TV’s display has gone two months ago and we called the service center to get it repaired. The technician came a few weeks after and informed that the display need to be replaced and can be done under extended warranty. They have came to pick the TV from home after one month of complaint l. Ever since that we are waiting for an update from reliance to solve the issue and its been over 2 months now and we are hearing the same response every time when when we call or visit the shop that “we will fix it soon”. At this time am really tired about this irresponsible behaviour from reliance and trying to get it repaired. If this continues there is a high chance that this will continue till the extended warranty gets over without a resolution.

                                  Kindly help, we have spend more than 1.5L for this TV and this is totally unacceptable even after opting for extended warranty from Reliance resQ.

                                    I had purchased ResQ brand air conditioner from reliance Digital in 2019. The AC stopped working this year and I requested for a repair. Reliance confirmed that it cannot be repaired and instead offered me a buyback amount against the air-conditioner. I agreed for the same and requested them to pick up the AC. The pick up was done on first of April 2023. And I also submitted required documents like my ID card and a copy of cancel check. I was promised a refund within seven days. However, I am yet to get any buyback amount till this date. I tried connecting with them several times through phone call and email. However, there has been no response or resolution. I also tweeted several times on Twitter. However I am yet to get any resolution against my complaint. The emails were sent to all the concerned officials address of Home where are obtained from reliance Digital website. Unfortunately there has been and less wait.

                                        Dear Reliance,

                                        I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with your customer service. I purchased a new Xiaomi 12 Pro phone from Kalyan Reliance Digital in July 2022, along with insurance coverage. Unfortunately, the phone had a camera lining issue, and I had to get it replaced by the Xiaomi service center.

                                        After the replacement, I went to the Reliance store to confirm that my insurance would work with my new IMEI phone. The staff assured me that it would be fine. However, when my phone got damaged due to water entering it accidentally in April 2023, and I went to get it repaired, TechGuard raised an issue with the IMEI number not matching.

                                        I provided the TechGuard representative with all the relevant documents, including the box image and the job sheet from the service center. However, they insisted that I visit the store to resolve the issue. I did so, but the rescue team was unaware of the problem and suggested sending an email to the escalation team.

                                        This entire process has been extremely frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of progress in resolving the issue. Now, I have been informed that I need to pay Rs. 25000 for a like-to-like device replenishment, which I cannot afford. When I asked for the claim amount, if they cannot repair my device, they stated that it is out of their policy.

                                        I urge you to reconsider this decision and provide me with a resolution as soon as possible. I have attached all the relevant documents to support my case, and I hope that you will take immediate action to resolve this issue. Please ensure that such issues are handled promptly and efficiently to avoid any further inconvenience to customers.
