[Resolved] Reliance Digital — lloyd split inverter ac | |||
We bought an inverter spilt ac a week ago... Till the time we bought all went well upto delivery of the product... They provided us free ‘standard installation’ on the peoduct as a part of diwali offer... Just to describe... We have a shop and this ac was for the mezz floor... On the back side, entire 20 feet wall is free and open... However when the installation guy comes, he is adamant that he will not install the outdoor unit on the top side but right on the ground, as will not climb up... As a result there will be more usage of copper wire than provided in ‘standard’ installation and thus charging 2500 more... For his lazinesss... Also no support from sales person and the entire store Pathetic service... Never buy... False offers n promise Was this information helpful? | |||
