[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Lost sim not replaced waited for 17 days

Sir i am jeetjyoti das and i have lost my jio sim. I have got a new one but the sim proceedings are not being done till now. I have visited their office more than 3times. Each time they make an excuse. Its more than 16days today, my sim is still not activated. I have a 303rs and 99rs recharge already done in this no. My jio no is [protected]. And my new jio sim 20digit no is[protected]. Please resolve my problem.
