[Resolved] Reliance Digital — mannerless... where is the etiquette? bad experience | |
I went to see laptops 2 weeks back around mid june at reliance digital situated at ranip, ahmedabad. When i asked about particular laptop he asked about my budget (How could he ask me about my budget without even showing me the particular model i asked him to show)... He wasnt interested in giving me details properly plus he's tshirts buttons were opened and he didn't had an i-card like others. Totally mannerless. No etiquette at all... And he wasnt actully interested in selling. He said "kitne laptops beche koi aap jitne questions nai puchta"... I still remember his words, he spoke as if he was the owner of that store. I asked his name too... His name was krunal. Reliance digital is itself responsible for their employees behaviour towards customers. #disppointed. Was this information helpful? | |
