Things crossed its limits today (9th may, 2017) when jitender on help desk was convicting my mother guilty, shouting that "when i called you in afternoon twice why didn't you come receive your money? I was free that time." how much insane the misconduct of reliance digital in general is that i have lost all confidence and faith in this company.
My mother bought a room cooler (Cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563) on 8th april, 2017. Reception promised a delivery within 2 days and thus she submitted the money. The product didn't arrived so she called again to remind. This happened for weeks now. They even made false statements that "ma'am your product has been dispatched from here" and so she has to cut her whole day off just to receive that product but that didn't happened.
Since, it was becoming an everyday pain, she finally cancelled the product and asked for refund. They stated that the money would be transferred in the account within a week, but that too didn't happened. She repeatedly, visited reliance digital asking for refund but they started misbehaving with her rather refunding amount. She told them she will file a complaint against them forum and all drama happened that jitender finally called today in morning (9th may, 2017) when i was busy in office and standing in queue and thus went late at about 9pm when jitender peaked his misbehave shouting on loud voices.
I want to ask, on what qualifications your company recruit these rude people. Is this a mandatory criteria for your company for people on help desk to be rude? This has set a benchmark in, perhaps, the worst service i have ever received. Was this information helpful? |
