Reliance Digital — Mixer ordered online

I had ordered a Mixer from Reliance digital online on Oct 27th. the product was delivered in a damanged condition on Nov1st.( RDF[protected] I have contact customer support and send the images of the product. Every morning i got SMS messages about Ecom reverse pickup. Was told this will be picked up in 72 hours. I did not get a call until 7th Nov ( well beyond 72 hours). All this while i was calling their customer care and asking them to prioritize. While i was driving i got a call from the pick-up agent. I called him back after 3 minutes. He said it was too late for him to pickup and it will be rescheduled. So far i am just waiting. Buying online through Reliance is the worst decision i have made. I am not sure if i have lost the money . If i had ordered through Amazon or flipkart my product would have been replaced within 3 days. Is consumer court the next step?
