Reliance Digital — Mobile Cashback Not Received

Hi,

I purchased oppo reno mobile from reliance digital on 5th November 2019 and accordingly i was supposed to get a cashback of Rs2599/- in 3 months timeframe. It was told by hdfc store guys that amount should be reflect in account within 3 months. Its been more than 6 months now and i still didn’t receive any cashback. On checking with reliance team, they told that i was supposed to redeem it from netbanking website which was never cleared from their end. It seems like on 13th Feb 2020 they provided that link and due to miscommunication, i couldn’t avail that. Moreover there was corona issue so for a long time their customer service was not functional. Now i am simply asking the reliance team to re-enable the cashback link so that i can avail the cashback but no response is being generated from their end. Please help on this matter.
