Reliance Digital — mobile no. [protected] doesn't get port no. and showing invalid no.

Hi sir,

I am using reliance gsm no. [protected] last 4 years. But now i want to port to this no. Into karnataka state, so i want need a port no.

I send the sms "port [protected]" to 1900 no. But i didn't get the port no., please help me and provide the port no. Or any other way to port this no.
