Reliance Digital — Mobile was broken two weeks back they are not responding

I purchased my mobile phone on April 6th, 2025, along with mobile insurance coverage.

On September 19th, 2025, my phone was accidentally damaged. I visited the store to report the issue and seek assistance under the insurance policy. However, despite visiting the store multiple times (at least four), I have not received any proper response or support from the staff.

Each time I approached them, they provided vague and unreasonable excuses instead of addressing my concern or initiating the insurance claim process. This lack of cooperation and accountability is extremely disappointing.

I request immediate attention to this matter and a resolution under the terms of the insurance policy that was included with my purchase.
