Reliance Digital — Never getting service from reliance digital - resq care plan | |||
Dear team, I had taken resQ care plan from Reliance digital in Jan-15 and it is valid till Jan-2016. But i am not getting service from Reliance digital whern ever i raised the complain/call. I made the complaint to Team lead, Service Desk Manager - Reliance digital, Kolkata. But there is no response, even i visited Reliance Digital store, Axis mall, Newtown Kolkata and explain all my problem to CSD but their behaviour are irresponsible towards the customer. As there is issue with Water purifyer - Marvela RO and did not gets problem fix on time i have to purchase water from out side. Please find below detail about product, ResQ Care Plan and complaint no..
