I have ordered Samsung Mobile phone on 24th june 2022 and it showed me delivay date will be on 27th june. but I didnt recieved the delivay. I called the customer support and raised the complaint they asked me to wait for 72 hours. After that on 3nd june I called again they said they will send my delivary in 24hrs but not recieved. On 4th june I called then again they are saying me to wait for another 72 hours. and now are are cutting the calls from my number. They are rejecting the call after checking my phone number. They are not even saying the reason for delivary delay.
Rude behaviour from Customer support.
I called ECOM (delivary patner) of my product. They said my product is on OFD (Out For Delivary) lock I should contact the Reliace Digital. They said that reliance digital is responsible for this delivary.
Reliance digital customer support even saying that they called me and talked to me about my issue. But I didnt recieved any call form them.
