I purchased a mobile phone via reliance digital website on 23rd jan 2023 (Monday) with order #rdf47122279, estimated time of delivery while making payment was 27th jan 2023 (Friday). On 27th i received an sms following an email informing me that i will get my phone on 30th jan 2023 (Monday). After that i call reliance digital customer care: [protected], they assured me that they have raised the complaint and will try to resolve the issue asap.
Even after 30th jan i still haven't received my phone yet. On 31st jan, i received an sms (11 am) informing me that my product is out for the delivery. On the same day at 4 pm i got another sms that your order was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. If the address was unlocatable, the delivery person should have call me. There was no attempt to contact me.
After calling the customer care the lady on the call informed me that due to some miss handling of the package either my package was damaged or misplaced. The lady asked me wait 24-48 hrs to resolve the issue. I don't know how may days i will have to wait for this issue to resolve.
Still waiting for my phone. Please resolve this issue asap.
