Reliance Digital — no refund of my cancelled order till date

I have purchased mobile modle lg w30 pro with order id order # rdf02702290 on 19th may and cancelled the order over phone on 24th may to customer care as the product was not delivered till 24th whereas delivery promised date was 22nd may. Customer care asked mr to simply deny the delivery from ecom when they try to deliver i did the same on 29th, the day finally ecom tried to deliver but again i got twice delivery attempt on 30th may and 1st june. I am not getting the order cancelled and wasting my time with customer care who do not have any clue how to cancel the order and refund my money
