Ordered the product on 24th April and got the message that the product is delivered on 30th April but the product was not delivered. Raised a complaint : COM01824848 and did not get any update from support except for the standard reply give us 24 hours to get back and use RESQ app.
I want to request refund immediately as the support doesn't have any clue of the supply chain.
