We had bought the water filter from reliance digital a year ago. We were forced to take the extended warranty saying we wouldn't have to incur any further charges for filter change etc for 5 years. Unfortunately there has been no response inspire of calling numerous times. Also the 1 time someone came 6 months ago we had to pay rs500/-. We have been waiting a week now since the light has been blinking for filter change
