[Resolved] Reliance Digital — No service is provided though we are calling and asking for support every day | |||
Team, I bought Reconnect LED TV 2 years ago and my TV remote has a problem from 6 months. the remote dint fall down but its not connecting to TV. i approached the reliance digital store at Madinaguda and logged a service request 6 months ago. i dint even here a call till date. again i walked into the branch in september and keep following them to help. Inspite the store has given me a service agent number[protected]. this number is either busy or not responding.Calling this ervice agent is waste of time and no use at all.
