[Resolved] Reliance Digital — non receipt of ac booked through reliance digital app | |
I have booked an ac & ac stands in reliance digital e-commerce app on 25th may 2020 vide order no-rdf02778638. As per the order confirmation & mail confirmation the products were supposed to be delivered on 27th may 2020 but till date i have not received the products nor there is any update on the same. I called the customer care multiple times and was told that i will get a call back but till date i have not received any call from anyone. Also i wrote multiple mails but no response from your side. Surprisingly when i checked in the app it is showing the order status as delivered on 31st may 2020 which is really shocking for me. I am completely clueless and searching for help.
