We booked the TCL QLED 50 inch .We paid the amount for the same.The order number RDF40108296 is given as confirmation. We have not received the delivery on agrred delivery date of 26-27 sept. We followed up with customer care.They are unable to give xact ststus. They raised the complaint. On 28 we have taken up the matter with Mr Hitsh patil CEO escaliation.
He requested for allowing some time. On 29 sept again we sent mail to Mr Hitesh Patil .we got reply from Mr hitesh that

And we got message from reliace digital at about 4.36 Pm that Due to unforseen issues Order RDF40108296 has been cancelled .Sorry for inconvenience.
How Reliance can cancle the order on their own?
It can be delayed but order cancellation means... is they are fraud o cheating.
we want our product and dont want to cancel the order.
hope company like Reliance digital give value to customer and not cheat.
