I have ordered one split AC from RelianceDigital online on 11th April, 2022. I ordered 1 ton AC, however they have delivered 1.5 ton indoor unit from some other model. I requested for replacement, but they refused stating that the product is out of stock.
They created a return request without even confirming from me and given me April 23rd as the date for the pick-up. I specifically mentioned them that I am setting up my home in Gurgaon and currently living in Kurukshetra, so I have to travel 500kms (up and down) just for the AC and they gave me confirmation that I can travel and product will be delivered.
On 23rd April when I reached Gurgaon to return my AC, no one came from Reliance to pick up my AC and on repeated calling to their customer care, there is no solution given. I spend ~4000/- just for this travel to return my AC.
Request your goodself to please intervene and help me get my money back (Split AC cost: 28, 990/- + Rs 4, 000/- (Travel cost) = 32, 990/-).
