Hello Sir/Madam,
I have received a faulty product from Reliance Digital on 19th Feb 2022, Kent authorised technician has informed them that the product is defective and can not be installed.They have taken back the product on the same day.On 19th Feb 2022 they have promised that amount Rs 18964 will be refunded to my credit card. On 20th they have informed me that they already initiated refund and it will take 5-7 working days. Today when I informed them that its already 7th day and did not get my money, they are not responding to my emails sent to cshead email id. They did not even update me in Tweet Social media handle.
Requesting you please take action and please let me get my money as soon as possible.
