[Resolved] Reliance Digital — not responding | |||
I have purchase sharp aquas 32 " smart tv from reliance digital pune fatima nagar in rs 21000 (With 2 year warranty) after 3 month my tv was suddenly shutdown. When i raise to complain in customer care after 4 days their technician come in my home and tell me its a software issue it will take time si i ll came back soon but after several call from my side to customer care and also visited several time in store also again after 4 5 days new technician came with software and after seeing my tv he told me its mother board problem i ll came back with mother board when it get available.. But today after 24 days passed nobody came to my home tp solve my complain, not even responding my call also, I am totally fed up with this followup and always think its big mistake by me why i purchase tv from reliance digital.
