Hi Team,
I purchased a one plus 9 handset from reliance digital on 2nd july 2022 for which I faced a battery backup issue from the very first day. I informed them but no satisfactory answer was given. Also I didn't recieve any soft copy for the invoice, today I received a feadback message which was addressed to Avinash where as my name is Kunal. This is my 1st and last purchase from reliance digital which was ridiculous and very poor.
