Dear Reliance Digital Team, Right at the outset of the mail, I would like to express my umpteen dissatisfaction towards the service provided and the situation in which it is being handled. I had placed an order in your Reliance Digital, Guwahati Store for an 1 Plus 10 Pro handset, along with full payment. The order was also confirmed and due for delivery today. I had also received a call about the delivery status.- informing me that the consignment will be delivered today itself.However, later in the day I received another message informing me that my order is cancelled. How can this be...i need a prompt revert and a solution to this matter. I have made a full payment on a confirmed order...and how come you cancel it. Dont bound me to take to the social media and the review section of the Companys Portal.
