Reliance Digital — online order | |||
I really had a very bad experience regarding the customer care service of reliance digital. I’ve placed an order of mobile phone on 1st of sept on pickup mode and very next day when i visited the store then the store person told me that they’ve permanently closed the jio store. On that day itself, i raised complaint regarding my order. Now its 12th but my issue is still not resolved. In this meantime i’ve tried contacting these guys in several ways, like i’ve tried calling to the customer care no but received no proper response from their end as most of the time they don’t pick up the call or if they do then they always say that sir give me 24 hour to check and after that i’ll arrange a call back or you will receive a mail which i never received. I mailed them several times from different email id’s as well but didn’t received any response there either. On the top of everything there are only two options available on the web to cancel the order, either you can call the customer care service or you can mail them. Its already been 11 days and i still hadn't received any sort of proper response from their end. This is the worst kind of service i ever experienced on any online platform. I hope that one day i'll get either my order or my money back. I also have attached the copy of online invoice. Was this information helpful? | |||
