    Extended warranty

    I purchased a 55inches lg tv from reliance digital and with that their sales person had convinced me to extend my waranty for 3yrs under Reliance for 21000/= they told us that any prob shall be solved by them within 4-5 working days. now my tv isn’t working for 4 days, and the repaing bill is 5000/= n waiting period given by reliance is 15 days-1 month. I m totally dissatisfied with their sevice, with such a small amount of repairing bill...

    Kent grand star water purifier purchesed on 19/8/20. At reliance digital mogappair west/chennai 600037. We have booked complaint on 4/9/20 and they have given clearing date as 5/9/20. As of know nobody came to attend. There is no respond while contacting on phone. Very very bad experience regarding reliance digital show room. Pleace take an action against consern in-charge as no lifting any calls.

    The kent grand star water purifier is also having reliance extended waranty of 5 years against ₹:12, 600.
    If you are not react i will lodge complaint in consumer forum against the reliance digital.

      I placed an order on reliance digital on 31st july 2020. The order no is rdf04494456. It's been more than a month and the product is still not received. The tracking on the website shows that the product is still in transit. On looking up the order details, it was said the the product was being delivered through ecom express and an awb no. Was given. When i tracked it through ecom express website, it is showing shipment rto lock on 16th aug 2020.

      I have also emailed the concerned persons given in the reliance digital website and received no response even after several days.

      I request a refund for the product. The product is an electric cooker of price rs.1549.

              It's been more than a month we placed an order for a washing machine. After delivery when engineer (Manoj) came to give a demo he told us it's faulty maybe we can get the replacement. Replacement never happened after so many followups. We tried to call customer care ever since and every time when we have been provided with a new complaint number with a promise someone will call us. No one called us. We did try 1st level of escalation by sending an email to cshead at reliance digital and we got the response that it will be going to take 10 working days again that never happened. Finally, we called customer care gain that we don't need a replacement we want to cancel this order and we need a refund now its been close to 2 weeks no one calls and refund never initiated. Is this some kind of a joke

              Issue is still not resolved . Now Customer service had started disconnecting our phones . No one had called us to resolve the issue it’s been 1.5 months

                I purchased laptop of hp company which cost of 64000 rupees. They offered that if i pay 300 extraa that i will get “hp basic printer and sound logic true beats ear buds”. Printer was given and they told that present ear buds are out of stock. It will take atleast 1 week for stock to come. After coming stock we will call u. They told like that. Now its been 3 weeks not even a single call to me. Today myself made a call to the store. They lifted and answred that we will call u back in 2 minutes. Now it has been 3 hours no call made by them. Again i call 7 times this time they are not lifting and answering. So can u help me in getting my ear buds as soon as possible.

                  I have many e. Mail & call in reliance digital customer care service center from last 23 days (Dated13-aug-2020) regarding wrong product deliver but till date not received proper reply or resolve my complain.

                  I placed ordered boat spinx 2.0 at relience digital and i got delivered boat spinx 2.0 r.

                  Complain no. (Inq[protected] and order no. Rdf04947943.

                  No solution of my complain, so how many take time india's largest company's working team.

                  I request to shri bm bande (Ceo's sir) & cshead. Reliancedigital but no any
                  Reply from ceo's sir or his team.

                    My mother is a loyal and old customer of reliance. She always trust and have faith in reliance and expects a better service. She never thinks twice while purchasing items from reliance. She purchased an air conditioner, sales order# [protected] last year from reliance, jorhat, assam with the delivery note: [protected], date:[protected]. The total cost of the item was 43, 990.00 inr. The first servicing of the ac was done as promised after that no servicing was done. My mother called reliance and requested for the second servicing. She infact visited the store during the pandemic. And let me tell you she is a senior citizen. However they kept pushing back due to the pandemic situation. We also understand that during these tough times of covid 19, it is not an task to accomplish. Now the ac is completely of no use since it is not able to cool the room. It has lost its cooling effect.

                    Now reliance wrote me on an email stating that "as per records checked in system by service team samsung ac date of purchase 13.06.2019. Installation was done on 19.06.2019. After that no service call at toll free which is the basic protocol to register in system. Since the set is out of warranty now, samsung has given the estimate of rs. 2500 /-for service" according to reliance my mother did not follow protocol.
                    My question is what did reliance do?
                    1. Late logging of complaint!
                    2. Complete ignorance of complaint even after multiple requests!

                    I have few more questions that i failed to get a response from reliance

                    1. What kind of ac is being sold at the cost of 43, 990.00 inr that does not last even for an year?
                    2. Why was the second servicing not done, even my mother called reliance requesting for the servicing?
                    Why within a year my mother has to pay 2500 inr?
                    3. The reliance team got the ac installed for us, why was it not installed properly?
                    4. Why did reliance not checked the connections properly?
                    5. How could gas be leaked if it was installed by professionals / experts sent by reliance?
                    6. Why was the installation done twice?
                    7. What is reason for faulty installation?

                    Multiple complaints were made since march 2020 onward. These complaints continued in the month of april 2020, may 2020 and even in june 2020. My mother visited the store and made phone calls too. Why was the delay made by reliance?

                    Please get the problem fixed for her without giving her any more trouble. Entire summer she was with no air conditioner and its september now cant reliance have basic customer service to accept their mistakes and get things corrected? Why cant reliance put themselves in the customer shoes once and think what the customer has gone through! Never thought of such poor experience with a brand like reliance.

                      I have purchased water purifier on[protected].

                      * after 1st year few filters are replaced.

                      * after 2nd year i requested for filters change but the technician visited and he replaced only external extra filter at additional cost and said he will not replace filters as filters are working fine.
                      He didn't even open the filter to check.
                      Till now filters are not replaced since 1st year replacement.

                      * actually filters will be changed at the end of every year, this was said to me while buying resq plan for additional 2 years warranty with filters replacement evey year. But the technician denied to replace filters when i requested this time.

                      *now i am facing issue with filters and raised a request for filters change (Request no : [protected]) and i was informed that filters already changed 10 months back!!

                      He didn't replace any filters.
                      Filters replaced only after the end of 1st year.
                      Filters not changes since more than 20months now.

                      Since 1 month i am contacting them multiple times and sent emails but not provided solution till now.
                      I paid more than 6k for this extended warranty.
                      Please help me out on this issue.

                      Finally, filters are replaced but I missed 2nd-year replacement so I can't raise a request for filters to change before the warranty expires. They promised of replacing filters 3 times at the end of each year, but I got only 2 times 1st year and 3rd year.

                        I have purchanges the "sony wf-xb700 truly wireless extra bass bluetooth earbuds/headphones" on 7th of aug-20. When the time of purchase, i see the discount is not applied, but the product got purchased. I tried to call customer service, but due to their working hours, i was not able to call them. However, i sent an email to the customer care to cancel the order.

                        After following up on call and the email regularly on 8th and 9th august, i finally got the response saying "unable to cancel, as it is already shipped and also requested me to deny the order at the time of delivery, so that refund will be initiated once the product reaches the warehouse".

                        On 10th august, i was denied the order and waiting for the refund amount.

                        I have called at least 20 times as on today, but no one has given any response on my refund. I really don't understand, is it really so difficult to process a simple refund request?

                        The weird responses, which i have got are:
                        1. Wait for one more day, you will get the refund
                        2. Sir the application is slow, i can't give you the answer.
                        3. When i request to transfer a call, he says he won't do that and asks me to call again.
                        4. Some one behaved like he was giving me a different number to contact, but he just gave me the same customer care number and email address to which i am contacting.
                        5. Customer service will take 30 mins to just look after the issue and finally come up with no solution. Call will disconnect.

                          Before 4 months ago my laptop is damaged physical .. so I gaven it for resq services they have taken nearly 1 n half or 2 months for repair later when the laptop is ready.. the laptop is started to work slowly... Now in local service centre they have telling that hardware is got damaged pls.. Do something my warranty is also finished

                              After filing complaint with samsung, they said you have been cheated ny reliance by providing wrong information.

                              Please see below feedback for led and i was told you will able to view the sd channels clearly, hd channels will be amazing.

                              Played hd movies from youtube: not clear
                              Reason by vikas samsung technician: old hd movie you will not be able to watch, then he played the 2019 movie with the same result. So he stopped playing movies as hd movie qualities are not clear. I insisted on playing any other movie but he refused. I requested him shall i play the same movie on my other tv to check if the movie quality is bad or samsung product is #, he refused

                              Next turn netflix: same nothing clear. Reason given: this is hd tv and since you have taken the top pack of netflix so you cannot watch netflix as well

                              Then next turn tata sky: blurryface nothing clear, again this was the problem with tata sky

                              Then he played songs on you tube: song 1 nothing clear, song 2 nothing clear, then he searched among 100 songs to find which will be clearly visible. At last he found a song which was clear at 1080 pixel and then he said since i am able to play one song clearly so there is no problem with the product.

                              In fact this is the best this product can perform.

                              Samsung technician accepted that product is # but not ready to write anything as they can lose their job

                                  Hi There,

                                  I purchased a fully automatic washing machine (Samsung 6.5 KG) from your Ulwe Store on 24th Aug 2020.
                                  The machine was a display piece and considering that your sales person offered me a good discount on it, which was the main reason i decided to purchase the same model. Your sales person also suggested me to avail an extended warranty of 2 years and given me total quote of Rs. 15761.76, which I paid and waited for the delivery of my purchase.

                                  It got delivered on 25th Aug '20 wherein the machine was wrapped by bubble wrap and not in a box. Immediately, post delivery of the machine, a demo and installation guy also came to my place. I was surprised with the kind of fast service. As i was in office that day and my wife was only at home i could not meet your ppl. The installation guy opened the bubble wrap packing and said that i first need to change the tap(where i am going to fix the machine) and then only the machine can be installed. He still gave the demo to my wife and she took the video recording of the same. Till this time no one realized that the machine is damaged. Next morning when i checked, i found that there are dents on the body of the machine and the upper plastic body is also separated from metal body. I immediately reported the issue to the store and lodged the complaint with complaint number [protected]. Since then i am following with the store ppl and i have still not received any resolution.

                                    Sir i was purchased mobile from online reliance digital store on 26 august. My order is pick up at store but store owner said your order is not confirmed from our store. I was call customer care daily 20 times in a day but your customer care executive didn't replay properly and say it's your problem not our you paid money for product not us like that replay. If you don't solved the problem please cancel my order as soon as possible. I was send mail also but didn't replay.

                                      Order on dtd 6/8{2020. Reached on dtd 9/8/2020 & refused to accept. Till today sending several time email to bm. [protected]@ril.com. Answere is wait for 8 days.
