I placed the online order for a home appliance on 13th june and paid full amount upfront for a 48 hour delivery. (Rdf[protected]
They have not delivered, or even sent a follow up sms or status till 17th june.
Their customer service is pathetic and do not know why it is not delviered.
Spoke to their supervisor mr. Lalit who does not have a clue either.
Several customer care executives promised to give a call back regarding resolution but never called.
Also, registered a complaint with them (Ref: edd[protected] but they have not taken a single action on this yet.
I'd like reliance to resolve this asap and provide compensation for the wasted time. Was this information helpful? |
