I purchased two in past 3 years, one through Reliance digital and another source. I purchased extended warranties for both of them(till 2023 and 2024), through Reliance Digital ResQ. For initial 1 or 2 years the maintenance was regular. Now leave periodic maintenance, they won't even answer repair calls for either of the ac. I'm wondering if they are doing it on purpose.
