I had purchased a samsung refrigerator (model: RT28M3743UT) along with an RESQ extended warranty of 4 years on 31.12.2017 vide PaymentRefNo#[protected] and Tax Invoice# [protected].
The extended warranty by RESQ was meant for providing warranty cover by Reliance Digital Resq for the refrigerator from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2022.
Since my refrigerator was working perfectly fine till 13th April 2022 I was under an impression that my warranty would be in force or atleast would be on record. However the refrigerator stopped working on 13th April 2022 and after contacting RESQ on the said date, I was not provided with the service by the company. It has been 7 days already but no resolution. Further it was seen that the service request raised by me was triggering a charge of Rs.500/-.
Hence from all the sequence of events it is clear that the payment made to the company towards the product RESQ Extended Warranty of 4 years was illegally kept on hold for 4 yrs 4 months without delivering any product to me against it.
Hence I request you to help me out with this and arrange for refund of the total amount along with applicable interest.
Amount Paid: Rs.5, 350.80/-
Please note since the company could not deliver the product against the payment, I took up the matter with Samsung and got the work done in a days time. Hence I don't want a patchy solution from RESQ, I want refund only.
