Philips Wired earphone/ i have purchased a head phone from the store located M2K, Rohini, Delhi on 16/05/2017 today and Manager Mr. Pradeep say we cant check the product without bill but if any fault rises after billing they will replace the product but after billing the earphone noise seems too low during the call totally unsatisfactory. when i tolled to Manager he behave very rood and denied to change the product. It was very worst experience with the Manager of your store. I need to change the product immediately or other wise i will file a complaint to consumer court directly.
