Reliance Digital — Poor Resq service unattended for 96 hours

Service Request number [protected] raised on 22/10/2020 still not attended despite escalating the unresolved issue on 24th yet to no avail. Annoying that Technician hanuma calls on 23/10/2020 3 times for address confirmation and then promising to come in 30 mins and then asking for someone else’s address after 3 hours. Despite making me wait T my home for technician and not resolving yet is a testament and display of poor after sales technical service thereby exhibiting poor customer service and failed Service level agreements to attend in 48 hours. Looking forward to hearing from reliance grievance handling team.
