[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Post installation services so pathetic!!! | |||||
Worst product and bad services! This is my second complaint in just 2 months. My reconnect 1.5 ton split ac got defective again in just a few days. Its not cooling. Its working just like a table fan. I have again raised a complaint on 18th to fix the issue but there is no engineer visit till date (24 april). I am calling them daily 5-6 time per day and each time customer services team told that my ticket has been assigned to an engineer and he will visit today. But there is no call or engineer visit till now. I have escalated this to cs head on 23 april, hoping they will help.
