[Resolved] Reliance Digital — problem in hitachi ac | |
I have purchased a 1.5 ton ac a few days (Approx 2 weeks) from barasat reliance digital (West bengal). But 3 days ago i have a problem with ac. I requested for servicing over phone. Today a technician came and tried atmost to repair it but in vain. He said it is a fault of pcb board. Then i called reliance digital at barasat for furter process (Contact no - [protected]). At first he misbehaved me and informed me that it is not duty of reliance digital. Then he said that customer have to do for repairing of ac. I could not think the rustic behave from such a reputed company. Please do the needful at your end asap.
