I order a product from reliancedigital.com on 20th may 2020 and the expected delivery was within 48 hours.
Now it has been 96 hours and i still haven't recieved the product.
I didn't get any response when the emailed the customer care, also i escalater to customer service head, even that didn't get me any replies.
I called the customer care for canceling the order at least and refunding my money, so that i can walk to a store and buy the product.
But the customer care executive tried to ignore my concern and plainly said he will connect to his team, and disconnected without giving me any resolution
How can a company take prepaid payment and then not deliver the product on time and not reply to the customer when they ask about the status.
This is sheer negligence on part of such a big company.
Please resolve this issue and i promise you that i would never buy from reliance and ask my family friends to do the same. Was this information helpful? |
