Reliance Digital — Product got cancelled but EMI was still in active condition.

I have ordered an iphone April 22, 2022 but it got cancelled and I haven't got the product delivered but EMI has been created from my bank side and the amount will be debited by next week. I have raised several complaints regarding this but haven't got any proper response from Reliance Digital. The customer care people were just trying to avoid my queries. They just want to hang my call. I am writing here as the last hope. I have been going through mental pressure because of this issue. It's more then 30 days but still I doesn't get the problem solved. The bank is now asking for a proof from Reliance Digital stating that money has not been received by Reliance digital and asks you to raise a cancel request to HDFC bank since you haven't got the product. I am attaching all the proof for your reference. Please cancel the EMI. And send me the proof that you haven't got the payment from bank. Or cancel the transaction from your side.
