Reliance Digital — Product is not delivered yet - 9 days passed after full payment

We purchased an oven on Dec 26th 2022 in Kolathur, Chennai Branch. The product was delivered on 27th, however, it was a faulty one, hence the store took the product back but didn't deliver/replaced the alternate product yet. It's been a week now. We have raised a complaint and called the store multiple times with no response.
