Reliance Digital — Product is not working from second day

Hello my name is Gaurav Sharma, i purchased JBL Headphones from reliance digital, which was not in a good condition from start. They are providing a seven days exchange for product so i went back and they just denied to change it. They are saying to contact company, they denied to help. which kind of service is this, they are just fooling around.
